The Digital Enterprise Program (DEP) is an Australian Government-funded program that offers free training for local businesses and not-for-profit organisations to help them take full advantage of the opportunities provided through high-speed broadband.
Victorian Chamber has been contracted by the Australian Government to provide a series of free workshops and business consulting services to small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and not-for-profit (NFP) businesses located in the Inner East/Inner South and South East/Mornington Peninsula regions of Melbourne.
Access to high-speed broadband will provide businesses with the opportunity to increase productivity, save time and money and the ability to compete on a global scale. If leveraged effectively, the services provided by high-speed broadband will open up opportunities for businesses to hold virtual meetings or liaise with suppliers across Australia (or indeed the world) online – saving time and costs associated with travelling, particularly for those in regional or remote areas.
In order to help SMEs and NFPs better understand how to maximise opportunities made available through access to high-speed broadband, Victorian Chamber is offering a number of free workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions designed to help you improve your business’s online presence, take full advantage of greater digital engagement and realise productivity benefits and efficiencies enabled by high-speed broadband.
Victorian Chamber’s DEP services are free for eligible businesses and, through the support of local councils, will be offered in various venues and locations across the Inner East/Inner South and South East/Mornington Peninsula regions. Please click here to view the region map.
