If your role requires you to plan and devise workforce strategies, you need to be able to assess factors that may affect the supply of workers, align workforce objectives with business plans, and design strategies and succession plans to ensure a competent and appropriately diverse workforce is available to meet the needs of the organisation.

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to manage planning in relation to an organisation's workforce including researching requirements, developing objectives and strategies, implementing initiatives and monitoring and evaluating trends.

This course is suitable for human resource managers or staff members with a role in a policy or planning unit that focuses on workforce planning

Participants have the option to complete a post-course assessment, within three months from the date of the course.

If you successfully complete the post-course assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBHRM513 Manage Workforce PlanningThis will give you credit into the Diploma of HR Management and a range of other high level qualifications.
