HR provides many functions to the organisation, such as recruitment, payroll processing or employee benefits. These services must be delivered to workforces of different sizes using certain HR service delivery models and strategies.
Focusing on the coordination of services and approaches, this course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to plan, manage and evaluate delivery of human resource services, integrating business ethics.

This course is suitable for people with responsibility for coordinating a range of human resource services across an organisation and who may have staff reporting to them.
Participants have the option to complete a post-course assessment, within three months from the date of the course.
If you successfully complete the post-course assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBHRM501 Manage Human Resource Services. This will give you credit into the Diploma of HR Management and a range of other high level qualifications.
