Managing employees’ remuneration and benefits effectively requires you to be able to apply remuneration strategies for different occupational groups and circumstances, awards and agreements and the Australian Taxation Office requirements in relation to income tax, superannuation reporting, FBT and bonus payments, all executed in compliance with the applicable legal requirements.
This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to implement an organisation’s remuneration and benefit plans. It incorporates all functions associated with remuneration, including packaging, salary benchmarking, market rate reviews, bonuses and the legislative aspects of remuneration and employee benefits.

This course is suitable for human resource managers responsible for overseeing an organisation’s remuneration process.
Participants have the option to complete a post-course assessment, within three months from the date of the course.
If you successfully complete the post-course assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBHRM505 Manage Remuneration and Employee Benefits. This will give you credit into the Diploma of HR Management and a range of other high level qualifications.
