Victoria Police Legacy - 10 years' membership

Victoria Police Legacy is a not-for-profit public benevolent institution that supports members of the police family who have lost a partner or child and are experiencing grief and hardship from their loss. They are supported by the many thousands of sworn members of Victoria Police as well as bequests, sponsorship and other donations.

Their favourite Victorian Chamber services are the Workplace Relations Advice Line and briefings.

Lowan Steel Constructions - 25 years' membership

Lowan Steel is a locally owned business, based in Heywood Victoria, that has been manufacturing machinery for the agricultural sector for more than 50 years. Lowan Steel specialises in steel fabrication and prides itself in being able to provide satisfaction through using a fine balance of technology and practical experience.

Rod & Judy Smith have been owner and operators since 1984 and have been loyal Chamber members for 25 years.

The business is a true family operation with Rod and Judy Smith actively running the business, daughter in law Ally is also working in the office. They provide a great service to the local region from Warrnambool, Hamilton to Portland.

Bendigo based company East End Engineering are a family run business specialising in Track Maintenance Equipment, small Farm Machinery, Horse Float Alterations/Repairs and Servicing while also manufacturing a full range of Made to Order trailers.

Owner Wendy Maher has been a loyal member of the Chamber for just over 10 years. Luke Hilson, Wendy’s son in law has worked in the business for more than 20 years and happily accepted their 10 year anniversary certificate in celebration of this great milestone!

e+ architecture is a multi skilled Bendigo-based practice servicing both regional and metropolitan areas of Victoria including Bendigo, Melbourne and Ballarat. South West Local Learning & Employment Network Inc - 10 years' membership

The South West Local Learning & Employment Network exists to improve the education, training and employment outcomes for 10 to 19 year olds in South-West Victoria. It helps school students undertaking VET as part of their VCE and VCAL studies, including School-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs), to access Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) placements in industry and business. They have contacts with employers in agriculture, forestry, fishing, community services and other sectors.

Their favourite benefit provided by the Chamber is Workplace Relations Advice Line.

Proteaflora - 10 years' membership

Rentasaur - 10 years' membership

Rentasaur have been members for 10 years and joined just after starting their business in Geelong in 2007. The business is owned and operated by Andrew and Annie Chatham.

Rentasaur provide a full range of household goods available for rental in the Geelong and coastal regions including as far as Warrnambool. The goods range from lounges, bedroom and dining furniture, technology and outdoor and garden equipment.

Recently they have also launched a styling furniture rental section capable of fitting out display homes.

Victoria Racing Club - 70 years' membership

The Victoria Racing Club (VRC) was established in 1864 when it became the principal authority for the conduct of racing in Victoria (Racing Victoria Ltd now fulfils that role). In 1971, VRC commenced the management of Flemington Racecourse. Flemington Racecourse is the best-known metropolitan racecourse in Australia, with races run every year since 1840. With its superb facilities, Flemington hosts 23 race meetings every year, including the world-renowned Melbourne Cup Carnival. The VRC has approximately 30,000 members, making it the largest member-based racing club in the world.

Essendon Football personality Alec Epis started the cleaning service back in 1972. Originally working in the business with Alec, James decided to purchase the business more than 20 years ago.
