As a manager at the frontline of the organisation, you play an important role in developing and maintaining positive relationships in internal and external environments so that employees, customers, suppliers and the organisation achieve planned objectives. You provide leadership to your team and have an essential input in motivating, mentoring, coaching and developing team cohesion.
This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage effective workplace relationships, with particular regard to communication and representation, as critical premises for the success of any organisation and its leaders.

This course is suitable for people in leadership or management, who have a prominent role in establishing and managing processes and procedures to support workplace relationships taking into account the organisation's values, goals and cultural diversity.
Participants have the option to complete a post-course assessment, within three months from the date of the course.
If you successfully complete the post-course assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBLDR502 Lead and Manage Effective Workplace Relationships. This will give you credit into the Diploma of Leadership and Management and a range of other similar level qualifications.
