An operational plan is a key tool for managing an organisation. It provides detailed information on the work that must be done, resources and timelines to ensure that planned goals and objectives are achieved.
Working at a strategic level requires managers to be able to develop and implement systems and procedures to facilitate the organisation’s operational plan.
Well-structured and concise, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to develop and monitor implementation of the operational plan to provide efficient and effective workplace practices within the organisation's productivity and profitability plans.
At the end of this course you should be able to:

This course is suitable for people who manage the work of others and operate within the parameters of a broader strategic and/or business plan.
